Our audit approach is risk based with a focus on identifying risks associated with the client, the audit engagement and financial statements as a whole. Our ability to assess risk effectively is thus enhanced by our understanding of the client business, industry, control environment and accounting processes. After understanding of our clients operations, we carry out detailed review of their systems and provide our clients with detailed report on results of our findings and recommendations for improvement. The review involves documenting and understanding the organization’s top-level controls and then testing those controls.
Our audit is conducted in accordance with international standards on auditing standards, which include a review of the system of internal control and tests of transactions to the extent we believe necessary. This involves the testing of controls and the effectiveness of the accounting system as a matter of routine.
